1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdh33 ("bdh33", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://bdh33.io and its associated mobile interfaces.

By accessing the bdh33 platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its terms, and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the bdh33 platform.

bdh33 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the bdh33 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bdh33 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all registered players. This threshold applies regardless of any lower legal gambling age that may exist in any jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of bdh33 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law, and you take sole responsibility for ensuring that your use of bdh33 complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bdh33 or had an account suspended or closed for violations of this Agreement.

3 Account Registration

To access the full functionality of bdh33, you must register a player account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of the details change.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.

Registration requires the following information at a minimum:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document
• Date of birth (confirming you are 21 years of age or older)
• Valid email address accessible by you
• Active mobile number registered in Bangladesh
• Preferred currency: Bangladeshi Taka (BDT)
• A unique username and a strong password of your choosing

bdh33 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to state a reason.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdh33 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted via your bdh33 account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been conducted by you and will be your sole responsibility. bdh33 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

In the event you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify bdh33 support immediately at support@bdh33.io. bdh33 will take reasonable steps to secure the account following receipt of such a report, but cannot guarantee recovery of any losses that occurred prior to the report being received.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bdh33 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 per transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bdh33 balance in real time, subject to network availability.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) banking business days to reflect in your account balance.
• bdh33 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. bdh33 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of an approved request, subject to identity verification status.
• bdh33 may apply additional due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 within any 30-day calendar period.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being fully satisfied prior to withdrawal approval.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bdh33 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to this Agreement and any additional terms specific to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for matters specific to that promotion.

• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in the promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically after the specified period.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and have no monetary value outside the bdh33 platform.
• bdh33 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter its terms, or disqualify any player from a promotion if abuse or exploitation of the promotional system is suspected.
• Only one (1) bonus may be active at any given time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Free bet bonuses apply only to sports betting markets and may not be used on casino games unless the promotion explicitly states eligibility across both products.

Players who repeatedly abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using arbitrage strategies to guarantee profits from bonus funds, or coordinating with other players to fulfil wagering requirements artificially — will have their bonus access permanently revoked and may have their accounts suspended.

7 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the bdh33 platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules that may be published in the relevant section of the platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the bdh33 system, it is final and cannot be cancelled, altered, or reversed by the player, except where bdh33 expressly provides a cash-out or bet-editing function for the specific market.
• bdh33 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a manifest error, including but not limited to: incorrectly displayed odds, system errors, or data feed failures. In such cases, the staked amount will be refunded to the player's account balance.
• For live in-play betting markets (including BPL, IPL, T20, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), odds are updated in real time and the odds displayed at the moment the bet is accepted are the odds at which the bet will be settled.
• Minimum stake per bet: ৳50. Maximum stake per bet is determined by the specific market and is displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. bdh33 does not manipulate game outcomes.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdh33 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in further legal action:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other automated software to place bets, interact with games, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Money laundering: Using bdh33 to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activity. bdh33 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and relevant regulatory bodies in the investigation of suspected money laundering.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Filing fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks with a payment provider in relation to genuine bdh33 transactions.
• Identity fraud: Registering using false identity information, impersonating another individual, or submitting forged documents in connection with account verification.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to access or use the bdh33 platform while under the age of 21.

9 Responsible Gaming

bdh33 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming across Bangladesh. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we provide the following tools to all registered players to help them maintain control:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings page.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been actively playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend betting activity for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the bdh33 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdh33 platform — including but not limited to: software code, game graphics, user interface design, logos, trademarks, text, imagery, video content, audio content, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of bdh33 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdh33 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any bdh33 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on any bdh33 content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used to operate the bdh33 platform.
• Use the bdh33 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdh33 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your use of the bdh33 platform in the normal course of gambling activity, including but not limited to losses arising from adverse betting outcomes.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical failures, third-party service outages, force majeure events, or actions taken by regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Any loss or corruption of account data resulting from circumstances beyond bdh33's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bdh33 platform, even if bdh33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bdh33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bdh33 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

bdh33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• Compliance with a request or instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or payment processor.
• Identification of the account as a duplicate of another existing account held by the same individual.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion.

Where an account is suspended or closed for reasons other than a breach of this Agreement, any verified real-money balance in the account (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the last used withdrawal method, subject to completed identity verification.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of this Agreement, bdh33 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending completion of any investigation.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bdh33 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, bdh33 will take reasonable steps to notify registered players — such as displaying a notice on the platform or sending a notification to the registered email address — prior to the changes taking effect.

The most current version of this Agreement is always accessible at https://bdh33.io/terms-conditions. The date shown at the top of this document reflects when the current version was last updated. Your continued use of the bdh33 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the amended Agreement.

If you disagree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the bdh33 platform. You may do so by contacting support at support@bdh33.io.

14 Governing Language

This Agreement is drafted in English. English is the authoritative language of this document. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version of this Agreement and any translation into any other language, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

All communications between bdh33 and players — including support interactions, account notifications, and dispute correspondence — shall be conducted in English.
